Coppenrath gluten-free gingerbread – gingerbread hearts, stars, and pretzels coated with dark chocolate, baked entirely without gluten.
Rice and corn flour, plantain flour, and potato starch form the gluten-free base; cinnamon and classic gingerbread spices provide the typical aroma. The coating of dark chocolate (25%) makes them a true Christmas classic – suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
Each folding box contains five individually wrapped gingerbread pieces of 33 g – ideal for on-the-go, gifting, or for a colorful platter. The cocoa comes from Rainforest Alliance certified cultivation.
