Coppenrath Cocoa Cookies gluten-free & lactose-free – crispy butter cocoa cookies with a fine cocoa flavor, baked gluten-free and lactose-free.
20% lactose-free butter and low-fat cocoa powder create a chocolatey cookie that is not too sweet. Baked with corn and rice flour, potato starch, and plantain flour, and refined with ground Bourbon vanilla pods.
Suitable for people with gluten intolerance. The cocoa comes from Rainforest Alliance certified cultivation, and the Reseal-It label makes the package resealable.

Sugar, flour (corn, rice), 20% butter (lactose-free), potato starch, plantain flour, modified potato starch, inulin, 2% low-fat cocoa powder, whole egg powder, egg white powder, ground Bourbon vanilla beans, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, natural flavoring, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate).
