Are all products sugar-free?

No, not all products in our shop are sugar-free.
You will always find all relevant information in the descriptions of each product.

What is the difference from regular sweets?

We only offer products in our shop that contain no or very little added sugar. In contrast to conventional sweets, our products are therefore lower in calories and suitable for people with intolerances.

Are all products suitable for diabetics?

No, please always check the product description for any notes regarding intolerances and allergies. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

Almost all of our products are suitable to be part of a diet. But be careful: It always depends on the amount you consume.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we charge €6.99 shipping costs per order. For orders over €99, we ship free of charge.

Is there an express shipping option?

No, we do not currently offer express shipping. However, we strive to ensure that the goods reach you within 1 to 3 working days.

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return unopened products to us at any time. Please send us a message in advance and inform us about your return. We do not cover the costs for returns.

Yes, you have the option to order as a guest, so your data will be automatically deleted after the order is processed.
